Atletico Madrid have completed the signing of winger Lee Kang-in from Paris Saint-Germain for a reported 40 million euros, securing the South Korean international on a five-year deal.

During his tenure in Ligue 1, Lee made 124 appearances across all competitions, finding the back of the net 16 times and providing 16 assists.
The former Valencia and Mallorca player collected an impressive haul of 12 trophies during his time in France, including three Ligue 1 titles and back-to-back UEFA Champions League crowns.
In doing so, Lee etched his name in history by becoming only the second South Korean player to lift the Champions League trophy, following in the footsteps of Manchester United legend Park Ji-sung.
On the international stage, Lee has earned 50 caps for his country, scoring 11 goals and contributing 14 assists, which includes a standout performance at the recent World Cup.
Diego Simeone's squad will kick off their upcoming 2026-27 LaLiga campaign on August 19 against newly-promoted Malaga at home, following a series of high-profile pre-season friendlies.
