Tanguy Nianzou is ready to revive his career in France after completing a permanent transfer to Lille from Spanish side Sevilla on a two-year deal. The contract includes an option to extend for an additional year, providing stability for the young defender as he joins Davide Ancelotti's ambitious squad.

Despite limited action, Nianzou demonstrated defensive resilience by winning 45 of his 75 duels and succeeding in eight out of 14 tackles.

Having previously spent time with European heavyweights Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich, Nianzou brings a decorated resume to northern France. His trophy cabinet already features a Ligue 1 title, two Bundesliga crowns, and a Europa League medal earned with Sevilla during the 2022-23 season.
Lille secured a third-place finish in Ligue 1 during the previous season, earning a coveted spot in the UEFA Champions League. Ancelotti's side will officially kick off their competitive domestic campaign with an away fixture against Angers on August 23.
